The EUIPO herein informs you, that you need a representative to finalize the application procedure, so that the examination can proceed and there is (hopefully) an EU trademark registration in the end.<\/p>\n

According to Article 119 (2) EUTMR, natural or legal persons having neither their domicile nor their principal place of business or a real and effective industrial or commercial establishment in the European Economic Area shall be represented before the European Union Intellectual Property Office in accordance with Article 120 (1) in all proceedings provided for by EUTMR, other than the filing of an application for an EU trade mark.<\/p>\n
